Between 2020 and 2023, the Czech Republic held a unique initiative called \u201cSummer of Mercy\u201d allowing debtors in enforcement proceedings (representing about a tenth of the Czech population) to eliminate a significant portion of their debts. In collaboration with the organization Street Law, I organized a workshop\u2014first for the residents of Rychnov u Jablonce nad Nisou and later for high school students. The workshops covered not only practical aspects of Merciful Summer but also enforcement proceedings and related legal fields. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
